Direct from Owner.

DIRECT FROM OWNER · UPDATED 21 OCTOBER 2026

Your information,
handled with care.

This privacy notice explains the enquiry and brochure services at directfromownercy.com. Contact the Direct from Owner portfolio operator at directfromownerscy@gmail.com about your information.

When you ask about a property

We collect the name and email you enter, your preferred language, your phone number if you choose to provide it, your message, the property you ask about and the time of your request. If you arrive through a campaign link, we may record that campaign with the enquiry.

We use these details to provide the requested brochure, answer your questions and arrange a viewing when requested. A request can trigger an email containing the property’s current PDF brochure after owner approval. New enquiries are also emailed to the portfolio’s designated contact inboxes for review. Current translated PDFs are used for the requested language. It does not subscribe you to a newsletter or other marketing emails.

Who can access your enquiry

Enquiries are stored in the portfolio operator’s private workspace. The public website does not display your contact details or message. Website hosting and storage are provided through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare; brochure emails are sent through Google Gmail. These providers process information needed to deliver those services, potentially outside your country.

We do not sell enquiry information or use it for advertising audience uploads. Meta advertising and automated lead synchronisation are not currently connected to this website.

The owner’s Google connection

The portfolio operator has authorised this website to send brochure emails from directfromownerscy@gmail.com using the Gmail API. This connection requests send-only access. It does not allow the website to read the mailbox, contacts or other Google Drive files. Visitors do not need to connect a Google account.

The sending authorisation is held as a protected server-side credential, separate from public website code. Google receives the recipient address, email content and PDF attachment needed to send the requested email. The website records the sending result and message identifier to help prevent duplicate messages. The owner can revoke the connection in their Google Account permissions.

Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google account information from this connection is not used to train AI models or for advertising.

Cookies and security

We ask before loading Google Analytics or Google Ads measurement. You can allow analytics only, allow analytics and advertising, or decline both. Analytics measures public pages, visit sources, device information, approximate geography, property views, brochure or viewing form openings, WhatsApp and brochure-download link clicks, and successful enquiries or brochure requests. Google receives technical information such as your IP address, device/browser information, advertising click identifiers and the fact that a property enquiry or brochure request was saved, with a random transaction identifier. We do not send the name, email, phone or message from your form for this measurement. We do not enable enhanced conversions, Google Signals or personalized advertising, and do not upload customer audiences. Private Studio pages and owner/test enquiries are excluded from this site’s measurement. Google may process this information outside your country. See Google’s advertising privacy information.

Declining measurement does not affect enquiries or downloads. Use “Cookie preferences” on the public site to change your choice or withdraw consent. Your consent preference is saved in this browser. Analytics and advertising cookies may persist according to Google’s cookie expiry settings; withdrawing consent stops this site’s measurement tags.

Google Ads account connection

The portfolio owner can separately authorise Google Ads access to prepare paused campaigns and read campaign status and results. This permission is separate from Gmail send access. Advertising account credentials are encrypted on the server and never displayed to visitors. Uploads contain approved property photographs, ad copy and campaign settings. Campaign activation is performed in Google Ads. The owner can disconnect in Studio and revoke permission in their Google Account.

A successful brochure request sets a necessary, 30-minute cookie that permits the PDF download. Hosting and owner sign-in may also use cookies for security and authentication. The website uses request counters and hashed email/IP identifiers to limit repeated submissions. These are security measures, not advertising profiles.

Keeping and managing your information

Enquiries and delivery records are kept in the private workspace, and sent correspondence is retained in the business mailbox. These records are not currently deleted on an automatic schedule. Brochure download permission expires after 30 minutes; that expiry does not delete the enquiry or email.

You can contact directfromownerscy@gmail.com to ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your enquiry information, or to ask us to stop following up. We may need to verify the request relates to you. Information that must be retained for a legal obligation or an unresolved dispute may need to be kept. You may also contact the relevant data-protection authority where applicable.

Please avoid including identity documents, financial account details or other sensitive information in the enquiry form.
